Travis R. Brady
Certified Home Inspector
Travis R. Brady is the owner and inspector of Brady Home Inspection. Shopping for a home can be an emotional rollercoaster, and it’s easy to see why. When the right home is chosen, that choice can open up the future, allowing homeowners and their families to focus precious time and energy elsewhere. But before terms have been agreed upon for a purchase, it’s vital to step back and make sure that the decision to invest is carefully informed rather than purely emotional. Travis is more than happy to lend his eyes and ears for the occasion, first listening to a family’s needs, then providing an unbiased assessment of a prospective home’s condition—helping to solidify your family’s secure and happy future.
Knowing What a Good Home Is Made Of
Before he earned his certification as a professional home inspector, Travis worked in the construction business for 26 years. This experience gave Travis key insights into the nature of the industry, and over the years, he has developed the ability to readily recognize the strengths and weaknesses of countless building designs and construction applications. Travis takes his responsibility as a home inspector seriously, doing everything within his power to help homebuyers avoid unexpected expenses and understand exactly what their prospective home is made of. When he’s not on the job, Travis enjoys painting, playing tennis, and spending as much time as possible with his beautiful family.
